8.1 How Long We Keep Data
Newsletter subscribers: Until you unsubscribe or request deletion
Support communications: Retained for 2 years
Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized after 26 months
Website logs: Retained for 90 days
Deal listings: Retained indefinitely (no personal data involved)
9. International Data Transfers
9.1 Where We Store Data
Our servers are primarily located in North America. If you’re accessing from outside North America, your information may be transferred to and processed in Canada or the United States.
9.2 EU/UK Users
If you’re in the EU or UK, please note:
- We don’t specifically target EU/UK users
- If you use our Platform, your data may be transferred to North America
- We implement reasonable safeguards for international transfers

LTDStory is not intended for anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
